Payment & Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment you are holding a space on the calendar which is no longer available to other clients. If a cancellation is necessary, we require that you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more in advance. Your advance notice will allow another client an opportunity to reserve that appointment time. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. We will charge 50% of the appointment fee when a late cancellation occurs under 48 hours. 100% of the appointment fee will be charged when a late cancellation occurs under 24 hours or if a no-show occurs
